Take advantage of the import jobs feature to efficiently manage multiple postings and accelerate your hiring process.
1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.
2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Hover over Jobs to expand the menu and click Manage Jobs.
3. You will land on your job listings page. Click Import.
4. The pop-up box for the import instruction will appear. Click Download the latest Excel template file.
5. Fill out all the required information for your job postings and save the file.
6. Click Choose File to upload the Excel file you have saved, then click Submit to proceed.

Review your job postings to ensure all details are accurate and complete, which helps attract the right candidates and minimize errors.

If you accidentally include a profanity word, the system will detect it, and the request will not proceed until the inappropriate word is removed and you try again.

You can view your successful job imports under the Manage Job Postings menu.
