Approval and Rejection of Employers

Hi, there! As an admin of your account, you will be partnering with different employers in your account. This short guide outlines a step-by-step procedure to navigate this crucial aspect of maintaining the integrity of your account. Just a reminder that you must be logged in as the portal's Admin to approve and reject your partner employers. To start managing your employers, navigate to your Career Portal's link. Keep in mind that each link may differ from the others so it's always best to reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you are unsure. 

1. To proceed, navigate first to your career portals link (e.g. https://xxx.seemeconnect.com)

2. Once logged in, hover your mouse to the upper right portion of the screen which shows your name. In this case, since we're using on of SeeMeCV's account, we're going to click, "Hi, Team Admin".

3. Click "Manage Users".

4. A dropdown will appear. Please click "Search Employers".



5. You will now be prompted to the list of all your platform employer partner list. 



6. You can scan through the list of your employers that have not yet been approved yet. For employers that are waiting for your approval or rejection, all you need to do is to click the "Gear Icon" then select if you want to "Approve" or "Reject" the employer application.



7. One way of getting the approval faster is utilising the "Filter by Approval Status".



Congratulations! You have just partnered with new employers that will connect to your platform jobseekers.

Note: Always check whether you have new employer applications for approval so they won't wait too long in the pending stage.
