Deleting a Jobseeker Profile

Welcome to SeeMeCV's Help Center Guide. As an Admin who maintains the activity and updates of the platform, we will encounter profiles that are inactive or may receive some request from the jobseekers to delete their profiles. This article guides you admins on how to delete jobseeker profiles. Again, only admins can delete profiles so remember that you must be logged in as the portal's Admin in order to do so. Let's start by navigating first to your Career Portal's link. Each link may differ from the others so best to reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you are not sure. 

1. To proceed, navigate to your Career's Portal link. (e.g. https://yourcareerportalink.com/)
2. Once logged in, hover your mouse to the upper right portion of the screen which shows your name. In this case, since we're using on of SeeMeCV's account, we're going to click, "Hi, Team Admin".



3. Click "Manage Users".



4. A dropdown will appear then please click "Search Jobseekers".



5. You will now then be redirected to the list of all your platform jobseekers at the moment.



6. To delete a jobseeker profile, you'll have to click the "Gear Icon". In this case, we'll be deleting the jobseeker profile of Francis Miguel Vicente as an example. By clicking the Gear Icon, a mini-menu will appear asking you if you'd like to "Delete Jobseeker" or to "Issue Campus Connector Badge". Click "Delete".



7. The platform will now ask you if you are sure to delete the jobseeker profile. If yes, simply click "Proceed to Delete" and the jobseeker will be deleted right away.



While deleting inactive jobseeker profiles ensures the data cleanliness of your careers portal, it's always best to be cautious in choosing profiles to be deleted.
