Approve, Deactivate, Edit, View Registrations, or Reject Program
Effectively managing the program ensures that you maintain high standards and provide the best possible experience for all participants. Your active involvement in these processes is essential for fostering a thriving environment where everyone can learn and grow together!
1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.
2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Hover over Mentorships to expand the menu and click Manage Mentorship Programs.
3. You will see a list of programs pending review as well as those that are already active or published.
To approve program, click the gear icon then select Approve Program. The page will refresh, and the program will become visible to portal users.
To deactivate a program, click the gear icon and select Deactivate Program.The event will then return to pending or draft status.
To edit a program, click the gear icon and select Edit Program. You will be directed back to the program page. Make your changes and click Submit to save them.
To view the number of registrations for the program, click the gear icon and select View Registrations. A pop-up box will appear displaying the number of registrations.
To reject a program, click the gear icon and select Reject Program. Click Proceed to Delete
