Regularly managing and checking your events page is key to ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. Staying on top of updates helps you engage effectively with participants and make necessary adjustments, leading to more successful and well-organised events.
1. Login to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Hover over Events on to expand the menu and click Manage Events.
3. You can view a list of all your pending and active events on this page. Click the gear icon to update the status or modify your event.
Click Cancel Event if you wish to cancel the submitted event and provide a reason. Click Cancel to proceed.
Click Edit Event to make changes, then click Submit to save the details of your event.
Click Check RSVPs to view the number of RSVPs or the total number of registrations for your event. You may also download the list as needed.
Click Reject Event if you wish to delete the event permanently, then click Proceed to Delete to confirm.
