The Concierge functions as a helpdesk for the Virtual Fair, offering event admins a centralized hub to manage and support the event effectively. It provides real-time assistance to attendees, resolves issues, coordinates logistics, and delivers personalized recommendations.
1. Login to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Click Concierge on the tab or the landing page.
3. Click on Booth Configuration to start setting up the booth, and a sidebar will appear.
Add all the relevant sections, such as Profile, Live Chat, and Announcements, to ensure a comprehensive and engaging experience.
