Create Public Link

Create a public link for your job posting to make it easily accessible to jobseekers. This simplifies sharing on social media and expands your reach effortlessly.

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Hover over Job to expand the menu and click Manage Jobs.


3. You will land on your job listings page. Click the job posting for which you want to create a public link.


4. Click Actions and select Create Public Link. When the pop-up box appears, click Create Public Link to proceed.


To view the public link, click Actions and select View Public Link. You can then copy the link to your clipboard, paste it, and share it on your socials. To delete, click Delete and select Proceed to Delete to confirm. 


If you wish to set an expiration date, toggle Set Expiration Date, then select the date and time.



If you want to set a password, toggle Protect Link with Password, and enter a password with at least 8 characters. Click the eye icon to view the entered password.
