How can I keep track of my Credit Balance, Purchase History, and Usage?
Keep track of your credits and expiry dates so you don't miss out. You can view your remaining balance, upcoming expirations, and usage history directly in your account, helping you make the most of your available credits.
1. Hover over and select the Dollar icon to view your instant credit balance. Then choose Purchase Credits or View Usage to proceed to the Credits page.
2. Select Purchase Credits or View Usage to access the Credit page.
3. Select Billing to view your Credit Balance and Purchase History.
Credits have specified validity periods that are displayed during purchase. Once the validity period ends, the credit will expire and can no longer be used. Pay attention to the Expires On date in the Billing page.
4. Select Usage to view your Credit Usage by month.
5. Select Expired Purchases to view a list of your Expired Credit Purchases.
With credits in your account, you can now access the Pre-Recorded Interview, English Language Assessment, and more! You can also use them to purchase and access various courses available in the Marketplace, so you can continue developing your skills and improving your career readiness.
