Send a Message, Export Resume, or Leave Notes
You can directly send messages, download resumes, and add notes with ease by simply visiting the profile.
1. Login to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Click on Visitors to browse all visitors or jobseekers on the site.
3. You will see all the visitors or jobseekers who are registered and verified by the site admin. Search for a jobseeker and click View Profile.
To send a message, click Send a Message on their profile.
A pop-up message box will appear. Begin writing your message, then click Send.
To export resumes, click Export Resume on their profile.
Select Export PDF or Export Docx.
To leave notes, select Notes on their profile.
To add notes, click New Note, type any relevant updates or notes in the box, and then close pop-up box or select other notes to save the note.
You can view your notes and your colleague's notes on the visitor's profile.
