How do I track the status of my job applications?

InfoTracking your job applications helps you stay organised and informed throughout your job search. From your dashboard, you can easily view the status of each application, see updates from employers, and monitor your progress—all in one place.

To view your job application statuses:

Hover over Jobs to expand the menu and then select Job Applications. You will see a list of all the jobs you have applied for, along with their current statuses.




How do I take action on my applications?

From the
Job Applications section:
  • Click the gear icon next to a job application.
  • Select Update Status to take actions such as accepting or rejecting interview requests from employers.

What additional insights does the dashboard provide?

Your dashboard displays a detailed summary and graphs of your:
  • Jobs & Applications
  • Events & RSVPs
It also tracks your recent activities on the portal, giving you a comprehensive view of your progress.

How can I filter my dashboard data by date?

To filter your data by date:
  • Click Show data from.
  • Use the left arrow to select the start date and the right arrow to choose the end date.
  • Click Clear all filters to reset the data to default settings.
How do I view summarised and graphical data?

To view summarised data:
  • Click on Jobs & Applications or Events & RSVPs.
  • Scroll down to see a graphical presentation of the summarised data, providing a clear visual overview of your activities and statuses.
