Knowledge base articles offer quick solutions and comprehensive guidance, including how-to guides and FAQs, to help you efficiently address issues and optimise your job search experience on the platform.

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Click the ? or the Knowledge Base icon. 

3. You will be directed to the Support Hub page. Hover over Knowledge Base on the navigation tab or the front page.


4. Click on the SeeMeConnect Admin folder to access the relevant information.                  
You can type your inquiries directly into the search field for a faster search.
