Upload Documents

The admin interface does not allow document storage. There are a couple of options that you can consider in case you want users to gain access to some of your public documents.

📄 UPLOAD ARTICLES
 
1. Navigate and login to your Career's Portal link. (e.g. https://yourcareerportalink.com/).

2. Once logged in, go to your Menu Bar and click "Articles".

3. Once inside the Articles Page, click the "Add Article" button on the upper left of your screen.

4. Once in the Content Management System or Article Creator, make sure to clearly state on the Title what specific documents and their purpose can be found in the article.

5. Create URL Links in the Article Body which will re-direct the user to the publicly stored documents that they can download.



TIP : To hyper-link the text, copy the URL or link to the document. highlight the desired text to convert into a hyperlink (inside the article), click the shortcut: CTRL+K, then CTRL+V, before pressing "Enter".  

6. Click "Submit" to publish your article with the hyperlinks.

NOTE : If there is a document that cannot be published publicly, include a note in your article informing the target reader to message you directly.

Is the document you are trying to publish a questionnaire or survey type? If your subscription is above the Starter Package, you can utilise the built in survey tool of the portal.

📄SURVEY CREATION
1. Navigate and login to your Career's Portal link. (e.g. https://yourcareerportalink.com/).

2. Once logged in, go to your Menu Bar and click your name (in this case: "Team Admin"). 

3. From the drop down menu, click "Manage Surveys".



4. Once you are in the Manage Surveys page, click the "Create Survey" button. 



5. Once inside the Survey Creator page, fill out all fields. You can Add Questions and even set what Answer Types you would like to accept. You can also select your Target Audience for the questionnaire.

 

5. The "Submit" button will glow once all relevant fields had been filled out. Once done, click the "Submit" button to publish your survey.

NOTE :  As an Admin User, you will be able to easily view and download reports from the gathered responses.
