How to navigate the employer dashboard?

The dashboard contains a summary of jobs, applications, events, and RSVPs. You can filter the data by date and view graphical representations. Additionally, you can directly edit your account and organisation profile on this page, and it displays recent activities on your profile.

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. If you are on other tabs and wish to return to the dashboard, hover over the profile icon to expand the menu, then select Dashboard.

3. Click the pencil icon in your profile to edit account information, then click Submit to save.To edit your organisation’s profile, use the pencil icon in the adjacent box, click Update to save. To view recent activities, hover and scroll down to see more.

4. You can view numerical data categorised as follows. Click View for view more details.

Jobs & Applications

• Employer and Job Metrics: Total Jobs, Active Jobs, Expired Jobs, Vacancies, and Organizations with Vacancies
• Application Submission: Total Applications, Organisations with Applications, and Applied
• Application Evaluation: Shortlisted, Interview Requests, and Interviews Accepted
• Offer and Hiring: Offered, Offers Accepted, Hired, and Rejected
  

Events & RSVPs

• Total Events, Pending Events, Expired Events, RSVPs (Online & Physical), and Event View
  

5. Click the Show Data From box and choose the desired date range. The page will refresh, displaying the filtered data.

Click Clear all filters to return to the default settings.

6. Graphs and charts visually represent the numerical data, offering insights into trends, comparisons, and patterns. Scroll to the lower part of the page to view them.

7. You can also view recommended events on your dashboard.

Explore the dashboard to gain valuable insights into user activities, track recent trends, and manage your profile and organisation effectively.
