
Make the most of the event by connecting directly with jobseekers through the Live Chat or Networking Lounge! This is your chance to showcase your company, highlight your opportunities, and build meaningful connections with potential talent in real time.
1. Log in to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Click on My Booth and then select My Booth again.
3. Click on Booth Configuration and then select Live Chat.
4. You can start a new live chat room right away or set chat schedules for later. To start immediately, click Start new Livechat Room, type your chat room title, enter the capacity, then click Submit.
For Scheduled Chats, set your chat schedule by toggling the hours of availability, then click Save Chat Schedule.
5. Click Chat Now to open your room and start connecting with jobseekers in real time!
6. Set up your device, and when you’re ready, click I'm ready! Connect me now.
7. A red dot 🔴 will appear on the human icon to indicate jobseekers requesting to join. Click the human icon, go to In Queue, then select Admit to start your chat session.
You’re all set! Your chat room will now be visible to jobseekers during your active or scheduled availability.
