What are analytics available to admins?

Info
Dashboards are essential for visualising numeric data, enabling real-time monitoring and comparison of key performance indicators, which aids in informed decision-making. By presenting complex data in an accessible format, they help identify trends and track performance.

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. If you are on other tabs and wish to return to the dashboard, hover over profile icon to expand the menu and click Dashboard.

3. Data is organised into categories and subcategories for easier navigation and analysis.
Categories:

Category 1: Entities refers to the count of users within each category. For example, under Jobseeker, it displays the total number registered, active, pending, and more. Hover the cursor over the tab and select it to view information based on your desired category of inquiry.

Category 2: Jobs & Applications displays the number of available jobs, vacancies, applications submitted, and more. Hover the cursor over the tab and select it to view information based on your desired category of inquiry.

Category 3: Mentorship displays the number of programmes, mentors, mentees, connections, and milestones achieved throughout the mentorship programme.

Category 4: Events & R.S.V.P.s  displays the total number of events, RSVPs, and event views.

Category 5: Profile Completeness compares data among users by category, showing the total registered against the total profiles completed.

Category 6: Articles displays the total number of published articles, those pending approval, sites with articles, and article views.

Category 7: Tracer Studies, Country displays the number of graduate students or alumni who have completed and submitted the tracer study report.

Category 8: Survey displays the number of surveys created for specific users regarding particular events or activities, as well as the number of respondents who have submitted feedback.

Category 9: Targets by contract displays the goals set for your institution during the site setup, comparing actual data between jobseekers and employers against the targets established.

Under Targets Set, click View to see the actual data compared to the targets.

Info
The jobseeker target is projected to be 80% of the total student population.
The employer target is projected to be 80% of all active partner employers.

Idea
Regularly reviewing the data ensures your portal aligns with its goals of improving user experience, optimising job postings, and enhancing employer connections, ultimately driving success for both jobseekers and employers.
