Dashboards are essential for visualising numeric data, enabling real-time monitoring and comparison of key performance indicators, which aids in informed decision-making. By presenting complex data in an accessible format, they help identify trends and track performance.
1. Login to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Hover over profile icon to expand the menu and click Dashboard.
3. Data is organised into categories and subcategories for easier navigation and analysis.
Categories:
Category 1: Entities refers to the count of users within each category. For example, under Jobseeker, it displays the total number registered, active, pending, and more. Hover the cursor over the tab and select it to view information based on your desired category of inquiry.
Subcategories: Admin, Jobseeker, Employer, Organisation, and Association Staff
Category 2: Jobs & Applications displays the number of available jobs, vacancies, applications submitted, and more. Hover the cursor over the tab and select it to view information based on your desired category of inquiry.
Subcategories: Employer and Job Metrics, Application Submission, Application Evaluation, and Offer and Hiring
Category 3: Events & R.S.V.P.s displays the total number of events, RSVPs, and event views.
Category 4: Profile Completeness compares data among users by category, showing the total registered against the total profiles completed.
Category 5: Articles displays the total number of published articles, those pending approval, sites with articles, and article views.
Category 6: Virtual Fair - Stats displays the total count of pageloads and booth views.
