Page 2 : A New Dawn for Philippine Recruitment : SeeMeSOL, Inc. Launch

Nearly a year and a half ago, SeeMeCV, a global leader in video-based recruitment technology, set foot on Philippine shores, aiming to replicate its success in aiding the government employability efforts and university career services of Singapore, locally.

To understand the local landscape, SeeMeCV engaged in extensive dialogues with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry partners. The local team expanded, actively participating in events across the archipelago as exhibitors, speakers, and event partners. They engaged with hundreds of universities through information sessions and portal launches, fostering partnerships and communities dedicated to empowering Filipino talent.

On September 27, 2024, SeeMeCV's Philippine entity, SeeMeSOL, Inc., was officially unveiled. The new name and logo pay homage to the Philippines' symbolic sun (SOL) while representing "Solutions" – a commitment to providing innovative tools that enhance the hiring process for both job seekers and employers, helping the nation welcome brighter futures altogether.

Joining the CEO and Founder David Padgett in the symbolic cutting of the ribbon were representatives from various sectors: Assistant Secretary Kristian Ablan (DTI), Ms. Haidee Enriquez (Microsourcing and CCAP), Mr. Danilo Lachica (SEIPI), and Dr. Antonio del Carmen (STI Laguna and PAPSCU). 

The launch was also attended by the Manila Times and representatives from some of SeeMeSOL's partner schools: De La Salle University-Dasmariñas, Phinma Education, Asia Pacific College, Jose Rizal University, and St. Michael's College of Laguna.

SeeMeSOL offers employers a streamlined hiring process through SeeMeConnect Career Portals, and Virtual Fairs which enables efficient mass hiring initiatives. For academic institutions, SeeMeSOL's solutions help students prepare for the job market, connect with partner employers, and improve career services of the schools.

SeeMeSOL also aligns with the Philippine government's digital transformation and job creation efforts. By providing innovative tools, analytics, and alumni tracing capabilities, the company aim to contribute further to the country's economic growth.

SeeMeSOL plans to expand its operations by continuing to partner with government agencies, industry leaders, and more academic institutions to address the specific needs of the local job market. In fact, in the same event, a partnership was signed with J.H. Cerilles State College to launch their very own SeeMeConnect school career portal, and with First City Providential College to renew their Career Portal subscription; demonstrating the continuous value SeeMeSOL's platforms provide to students and schools' Career Services.
