Portal is Slow or Unresponsive

The issue might be related to the browser you are using. Here is a simple guide to address a slow or unresponsive browser:
  1. Clear Cache and Cookies: Go to your browser’s settings and clear your cache and cookies to remove temporary data that may be causing issues.
  1. Refresh the Page: Press the refresh button or use the keyboard shortcut (usually F5 or Ctrl+R) to reload the page.
  1. Update the Browser: Check for and install any available updates for your browser to ensure you have the latest version.
  1. Restart the Browser: Close the browser completely and then reopen it to reset its performance.
  1. Restart Your Computer: If problems persist, try restarting your computer to resolve any system-wide issues.
  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable and functioning properly.
You may use an incognito window for a smoother navigation experience.
