Shape the Future: Join Our Graduate Tracer Study!

The Graduate Tracer Study tracks the employment status and career progression of graduates to assess higher education programs curriculum aligning with the industry sector’s workforce demands. 

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. Upon successful login, you will land on your dashboard. Hover over your profile icon to expand the menu and click on Tracer Study Country (Ph for Philippines, ID for Indonesia). 

Once you have submitted your entry, it cannot be changed. Double-check everything to make sure it is correct before you submit.

3. Fill in all the required information. User information will require you to provide basic details such as contact information, civil status, gender, date of birth, and permanent and residential addresses.

4. Baccalaureate degree graduates must provide their educational attainment and click Add New Entry. Click x if not applicable. 

5. You may include any professional examinations passed and click Add New Entry. Click x if not applicable.

6. Provide reasons for taking the courses or pursuing degrees. If this section is not applicable, select Others, Please Specify and type NA.

7. You may include any training or advanced studies completed after graduation and click Add New Entry. Click x if not applicable.

8. Provide employment data if you are currently employed. If the answer is Yes, provide the required details. If you select No or Never Employed, kindly specify the reasons for not being employed yet.

Once you submit, you will not be able to make any changes. Please review your information carefully before finalising.
