Submit a Ticket
Feel free to submit a ticket to ensure a smooth support process and enhance the overall quality of service.
1. Login to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Hover over the ? or the Knowledge Base icon.
3. You will be directed to the Virtual Fair Knowledge Base page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Submit a ticket button.
4. Fill in all the required information. You may also upload screenshots and screen recordings to help us assist you more quickly.
You may add multiple files, as long as they do not exceed 40MB in total.
5. Click Submit. Our customer success team will respond to you shortly.
