2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Click the ? or the Knowledge Base icon.
3. You will be directed to the Support Hub page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Submit a ticket button.
4. Fill in all the required information. You may also upload screenshots and screen recordings to help us assist you more quickly.
You may add multiple files, as long as they do not exceed 40MB in total.
5. Click Submit. Our customer success team will respond to you shortly.
