Where can admins see our targets by contract?

Track the targeted number of jobseekers and employers to meet our contractual commitments effectively. Let’s work together to ensure we achieve our shared goals.

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Hover over profile icon to expand the menu and click Site Settings.

3. You will land on Site Settings Page.

Select 5 Targets by Contract: The numbers will be automatically computed based on the values you have entered in the site metrics. Click Submit to save all the changes.

Number of Jobseekers: Total students + active alumni × current adoption target.

Number of Employers: Active employers × current adoption target.

Setting targets is important because it provides clear objectives to work towards, helping to measure progress and success. Targets also enable better resource allocation and strategic planning, ensuring that efforts are aligned with organisational goals.
