How do I configure the Virtual Fair settings?

Ensure all key settings are configured, including visitor and exhibitor access times, navigation menus, and sponsorship privileges. Customise your virtual fair experience with personalized backgrounds, video content, and a dynamic ticker tape to enhance engagement.

1. Log in to the site with your registered email and password.

2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Hover over the Profile Icon to expand the menu and click Site Configurator.

3. Click 4 Virtual Fair.

Virtual Fair Time Configuration: Adjust the access times for visitors and exhibitors to the site.

Concierge Booth: Check this box to make the concierge booth visible to visitors.

Enable Profile Completeness Reminder Popup: Enable this popup to remind and encourage jobseekers to complete their profile.

Navigation Name: Customise your Virtual Fair navigation menus in various languages.

Sponsorship Privilege: Adjust each sponsorship privilege and benefit.

Lobby Background, Booth View Background: Choose eye-catching images for your lobby and booth to captivate your

audience.

Booth Background: Select a high-quality image to display prominently as your booth background.

Landing Page Video: Choose the video that will be shown on the landing page.

You may upload your video file directly or import it from a video platform.

Lobby Page Video: Choose the video that will be shown on the lobby page.

Integrate Event with Zoom Meeting: Enable this setting to allow users to join an integrated event via Zoom Meeting directly on the website.

Booth QR Code Sharing: Allow users to view each booth QR code, sharing its QR Code to directly see their booth content or jobs.

Virtual Fair Gamification: Configure point-based rewards to encourage engagement and drive meaningful interactions.

Ticker Tape: Display messages to everyone in the form of running text.

4. Review all the information and click Done to save all the changes.
