For example, if you have a healthcare job opening and only want to target students from healthcare-related programmes across multiple institutions, you can group those specific schools and associations into a single Site Group. When posting the job, simply select that group, and the opportunity will only be visible to the relevant candidates.

This makes it easier to manage job visibility, prioritise key partnerships, and tailor your recruitment efforts to the right audience all from one place.
