Create Public Link

Share your events with ease by creating a public link—making them accessible to a wider audience. It's a simple way to boost visibility and attract more participants effortlessly!

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Hover over Events to expand the menu and click Manage Events.


3. You will land on your event listings page. Click View Event for the event you want to create a public link for.


4. On the selected event page, click Create Public LinkWhen the pop-up box appears, click Create Public Link to proceed.


To view the public link, click View Public Link. You can then copy the link to your clipboard, paste it, and share it on your socials.
To delete, click Delete and select Proceed to Delete to confirm. 


If you wish to set an expiration date, toggle Set Expiration Date, then select the date and time.


If you want to set a password, toggle Protect Link with Password, and enter a password with at least 8 characters. Click the eye icon to view the entered password.
