How does an admin reset their account password for a virtual event?

Request a password reset if you forget your password.

1. Navigate to the Virtual Fair site. Hover over Log In tab on the navigation bar or the landing page.

2. Click Forget Password?

3. Enter your username or registered email and click Submit. 

4.  You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

5. Click the Reset Password link and follow the password tips. 

If you did not request this password reset, disregard this email and click here to submit a ticket if you suspect unauthorized activity on your account.
