How do I change or reset my jobseeker account password for a virtual event?
Request a password reset if you forget your password.
1. On the landing page, click on the Log In button on the navigation bar or the landing page.
2. Click the Forget Password? button.
3. Enter your registered username or email address, then click Submit.
4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Click the Reset Password button. You will be redirected to the Password Reset page, where you will enter your new password, confirm it, and then click Submit. Be sure to follow the password tips provided.
