How do I check my current subscription package and SeeMeHire site connection status?

As a SeeMeHire admin, you can check your subscription package and site connection status directly through the dashboard. This information helps you understand your access coverage, monitor connections with institutions, identify expansion opportunities, and consider package upgrade options to suit your recruitment needs.

1. Log in to the SeeMeHire portal using your registered email address/username and password. You will be directed to the Dashboard page.

2. Scroll down until you find your Subscription Package section. In this section, you can see:
  1. Current subscription package
  2. Maximum number of site accesses
  3. Maximum number of user accounts
  4. List of connected sites
  5. List of sites for which connection requests have been made but not yet accepted
  6. List of sites available for connection

3. Hover over the Current Package section to view additional details. You can also click More Information to find out:
  1. Features available in your plan
  2. Features missing
  3. Package upgrade options as needed
