How can employers reply and read messages during virtual events?

Live chats enable instant, real-time communication with jobseekers directly on the site, creating a seamless and efficient connection. This feature ensures timely engagement, helping you address inquiries and build stronger relationships with potential candidates.
1. Log in to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Hover over the Messages icon and click it.
3. Choose the candidate you want to chat or interview, then click the Call icon to start your one-on-one session.
4. Set up your device, and when you’re ready, click I'm ready! Connect me now.
5. The jobseeker will receive a notification.
6. Once they join the link, a red dot 🔴 will appear on the human icon to indicate they are ready to join. Click the human icon, go to In Queue, then select Admit to start your chat session.
