How do employers invite and message jobseekers during virtual events?
The virtual event platform allows employers to connect and engage with jobseekers in real time through booth invitations, direct messaging, and video calls. These features help employers build meaningful connections, introduce career opportunities, and interact with potential candidates during the live event.
1. Log in to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Click on Visitors.
3. Click Invite to My Booth to invite candidates to visit your booth and explore your vacancies.
4. To send a direct message, click View Profile to access the visitor’s profile. On the profile page, click Send a Message.
Type your message in the text box, then click Send.
