1. Log in to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Click on the Messages icon found on the Navigation Bar.
The icon will display a red dot if you have any new messages.
3. You will be directed to the Messages page, where all unread messages will be in bold font.
4. To reply, type your message in the message box, then press Enter or click the Send icon to send. You can also attach files or documents if needed by clicking the paperclip icon.
