How can jobseekers reply and read messages during virtual events?
Check your messages on a regular basis to stay informed and respond immediately to messages from organisations.
1. Login to the site with your registered email and password.
2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Hover over the Messages icon and click it.
3. You will be directed to the Messages page, which displays all your incoming and outgoing messages with the employers you interacted with during the Career Fair.
4. You can Read & Reply all the messages you received from the employers in this page and by clicking their individual employers profile on the left side of your screen. You can also send an attachment or request for a video call using the buttons shown below.
Rest assured, you will receive email notifications for all incoming messages, and employers will also be notified via email when you message them. There's no need to monitor in-app notifications constantly—the system will handle it for you!
