How can I purchase credits as a jobseeker?
Credits can be used to access a growing range of AI-powered tools, services, and learning opportunities across the platform. Click here to learn more about credit balance, purchasing credits, purchase history, and manage your credits!
1. Log in to the Career Portal with your registered email and password.
2. Hover over and click the dollar icon and select Purchase Credits.
3. Under the Packages column, select your desired package, click Purchase, and then click Proceed to confirm your purchase.
4. Choose your Source of funds, tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, and then click Select to proceed.
Follow the instructions based on your selected option. The sample below shows the process for online banking.
5. Once the payment is successfully processed, your credit balance will be reflected under the Billing column.
You will also receive an email confirmation that your credit purchase has been completed. See the sample email below.
