How can I send a message to jobseekers?
Sending direct messages to jobseekers is a powerful way to make a personal connection and stand out as an employer. A thoughtful message can encourage candidates to take the next step, show your genuine interest in their skills, and build engagement with your brand. Reaching out directly can make all the difference in attracting the right talent!
1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.
2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Hover over and click Jobseekers to begin your search.
3. You will also see a list of jobseekers who are registered and verified by the site admin. To send a message, you will need to visit the jobseeker’s profile. To view a jobseeker's profile, hover over the listing and click View Profile.
4. On the jobseeker profile, click Send a Message.
5. Type your message in the text box, then click Send.
