Personalised and re-engagement emails allow you to easily communicate with specific groups of users through the CRM. These emails can be used to encourage inactive users to return to the platform and maintain engagement with active users by promoting relevant opportunities and activities.
1. Log in to the career portal with your registered email address and password.
2. Click the Profile icon, then select Manage Users from the dropdown menu. Click User Engagement (CRM).
Sending Personalised Emails
Personalised emails can be sent to active and at-risk users. This tool allows you to customise the subject line and introductory message, then automatically attaches relevant jobs and upcoming events from your career portal below.
3. In the CRM, go to either the Active Users or At-Risk Users tab.
4. Tick the box on each user card for the users you would like to email.
You can also tick the Select all box to send an email to all of the users displayed in the tab.
5. Click the Send Email button.
6. Customise the email by entering your preferred subject line and introductory message.

There are character limits of 150 for the subject line and 1,000 for the introductory message.
7. Review your email content. Click Send Email.
Users who have received an email through the CRM within the past 7 days will be automatically skipped by the system and will not receive the email.
Sending Re-engagement Emails
Re-engagement emails can only be sent to Inactive Users. When sending a reactivation email, you can choose to use a present template or a custom message. This feature aims to encourage users to return to the portal and re-engage.
3. In the CRM, go to the Inactive Users tab.
4. Tick the box on each user card for the users you would like to email.
You can also tick the Select all box to send an email to all of the users displayed in the tab.
5. Click the Send Email button.
6. Double-check the selected recipient list, then select the type of email you want to send. If you want to use a Preset Template, select that option, review the email content, and then click Send Email. The website name and recipient names will automatically be adjusted based on the selected recipient list.
If you want to use a Custom Message, select that option, enter the subject and message body as needed, and then click Send Email. The same limits of 150 characters for the subject and 1,000 characters for the intro message apply to this option.
