How can I create drip sequences and enrol users in them through the CRM?

Drip sequences allow you to send a series of emails to users over time automatically. You can create sequences for specific user groups based on their status and role, then enrol users to begin receiving the emails according to the schedule you have configured.

1. Log in to the career portal with your registered email address and password.

2. Click the Profile icon, then select Manage Users from the dropdown menu. Click User Engagement (CRM).

3. Click the Drip Sequences button.


4. Click New Sequence.


5. Enter the Sequence Name, then select the Target User Status(es). You may select one or multiple statuses.


6. Select the Target Role(s). You may select one or multiple roles.


7. Use the toggle to activate or deactivate the sequence.


8. Configure the first email by setting the delay and composing the email subject and body.

Delay refers to the number of days after a user is enrolled before an email is sent. If the delay is set to 0, the email will be sent on the same day the user is enrolled in the sequence.

9. Click Add Step to add additional emails to the sequence, then repeat the process for each step in the sequence.

10. Click Save Sequence once you have finished configuring the sequence.

You can view all of your drip sequences, including their details and activation status, by clicking the Drip Sequences button at any time.

3. Navigate to the user tab containing the users you would like to enrol.

4. Tick the box on each user card for the users you would like to enrol.


You can also tick the Select all box to enrol all users displayed in the tab.


5. Click the Enroll in Drip button.


6. Click the Select a Sequence dropdown menu and choose the drip sequence you would like to use.


7. Click Enroll.


8. A confirmation pop-up will appear once the selected users have been successfully enrolled in the drip sequence.
