How do I submit a support ticket?

Feel free to submit a ticket to ensure a smooth support process and enhance the overall quality of service.

1. Log in to the SeeMeHire portal at https://seemehire.com/ with your registered email and password.

2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Click the ? or the Knowledge Base icon. 


3. You will be directed to the SeeMeHire knowledge base articles pageScroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Submit a ticket button.


4. Fill in all the required information. You may also upload screenshots and screen recordings to help us assist you more quickly. 
Idea
You may add multiple files, as long as they do not exceed 40MB in total.

5. Click SubmitOur customer success team will respond to you shortly.
