Targeted Evaluation

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Hover over Jobs to expand the menu and select Search Jobs. You will see the jobs listing available which are registered and verified  by the site admin. Hover the cursor over the jobs listing. Click View Job. You will see the job specifications and job requirements for the job selected. Click Actions and select Evaluate Profile.  

3. Give the system a moment to review and calculate your scores. 

4. Check your Summary, Impact, Professional Attributes, and Matching Keywords results.

5. Scroll down to view the recommendations. Review, click Accept, and then click Proceed to apply the changes.

Always review the recommendations and ensure they align with your skills, experiences, and what best represents you.
