1. Login to the site with your registered email and password.

2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Click on Concierge on the tab or the landing page.

3. Click More Info to learn about the organiser’s profile, view general announcements and FAQs, or chat directly with the event team for assistance.
