How do I check my current subscription package and site status as an admin?

Subscription Packages

Admins can view their current subscription packages directly from the dashboard. This information helps you understand the available features, applicable limitations, and options for upgrading your package as needed.

1. Log in to the Career Portal using your registered email address/username and password. You will be directed to the Admin Dashboard.

2. Scroll down to the Your Subscription Package section. Here, you can view information about your current package.

3. There are three types of subscription packages: Starter, Standard, and Advanced. Hover over the Current Package to view additional information.

4. Click More Information to view detailed features, package limitations, and available upgrade options.

5. If you have questions about your subscription package, click Need Help to contact our team.

6. You can also view the maximum admin account limit for each package. The number of admins cannot exceed this limit.

Idea
To ensure your portal remains monitored even with limited admin access, you can use a shared team email address for admin access.

Site Status

In this section, you can view the current status of your site. This information helps you understand where you are in your platform journey, what you can do at this stage, and what steps you can take to move to the next stage.

1. While still in Your Subscription Package, hover over Current Site Status to view additional information.

Notes
Your site status reflects the stages of your journey with us, which include:
- Pre-Onboarding
- Onboarding
- Adoption
- Expansion

2. Click More Information to view details about your site status and steps to the next stage.

3. If you have questions about your site status or steps at the current stage, click Need Help to contact our team.

Notes
There are limitations to the features available at each stage or site status. Here's an explanation:

Pre-Onboarding
At this stage, you cannot yet navigate the portal. To gain access, you will need to attend an Onboarding Workshop.

Onboarding
At this stage, the available features are designed to help you prepare your portal before launch. You can:
- Configure Site Settings
- Manage admin access
- Post resources
- Promote events for students/alumni

Adoption
At this stage, the available features allow you to begin registering users and increase user numbers and engagement on the portal. This stage also opens up opportunities to move on to the Expansion stage.

Expansion
At this stage, your portal can connect with industry partners. You will also receive collaboration requests from industry partners to connect through sMOA.
