How can I purchase credits as a jobseeker on the Virtual Fair?

Credits can be used to access a growing range of AI-powered tools, services, and learning opportunities across the platform. Click here to view about credit balance, purchasing credits, purchase history, and more!

1. Log in to the Virtual Fair with your registered email address and password.

2. Hover over the Dollar icon, then select Purchase Credits.

3. Under the Packages column, select your desired package, click Purchase, and then click Proceed to confirm your purchase.

 

4. Choose your preferred payment method from the Source dropdown menu, then tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Click Select to proceed. Follow the instructions based on your selected option. The sample below shows the process for online banking.

5. Once the payment is successfully processed, your updated credit balance will be reflected under the Billing column. You will also receive an email confirmation that your credit purchase has been completed. See the sample email below.

With credits in your account, you can now access the Pre-Recorded Interview, English Language Assessment, and more!
