How do I take a jobseeker pre-recorded interview?

Take the Pre-recorded Interview

1. Log in to the Virtual Fair with your registered email address and password.

2. Hover the cursor over your Profile icon to expand the menu. Click Career Tools, then select Pre-recorded Interview. Choose Take Interview.

You can also click on the SamurAI Tools icon on the Menu Bar to go to the SamurAI Tools page.

Then, click the Try it button for the Interview Practice tool.

3. You will be taken to the Pre-recorded Interview setup page. Select your target job function, assessment type, and difficulty level from the dropdown, then click Next to proceed.

4. You will arrive at the Set Up Your Devices page. Be in a quiet place. Test your camera and microphone to ensure they are working properly. Once everything is set, click Begin Interview. 

5. Recording starts automatically after 3 seconds, and each response must run for at least 10 seconds and not more than 3 minutes before you can stop and move to the next.

Do not refresh the page once the interview has started.

Take a moment to gather your thoughts before answering — it’s okay to pause for a few seconds when the recording starts.
Speak clearly and stay calm — focus on delivering your message naturally rather than rushing your response.

View and attach your results to your profile!

Your results will be available in 10–15 minutes, and you’ll receive an email notification once they’re ready.

1. Hover over your profile icon to expand the menu, click Career Tools, then select Pre-recorded Interview, and finally choose Interview Results.

2. Click the gear icon to take actions. View Result to read your scores, feedback, and more from your interview. 

3. Attach To Profile and proudly share your results with employers.
