Lounge

The Lounge allows you to freely enter and chat with any exhibitors. The name of the Lounge may vary depending on how the organiser has customised it.

Engage with exhibitors or organisers to learn about opportunities, ask questions, or showcase yourself!

1. Login to the site with your registered email and password.

2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the landing page. Click Lounge on the tab or the landing page.

2. Review the list of available chatrooms. Check the owner’s details and their associated organisation.

Make sure to check the room capacity and wait queue status before entering.

3. Allow access to your camera and microphone, and ensure they are properly integrated. Click I'm ready! Connect me now to join the chat.

4. You will be admitted to the chatroom once the owner approves your request.

5. Start your conversation with the chatroom owner. You can choose to keep your camera on or off.

6. To leave, simply click the red phone icon.
