Retrieve your Username

If you forget your username, you can quickly retrieve it by following these simple steps.

1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.

2. Upon successful login, you will land on your dashboard. Hover over your profile icon to expand the menu and click on your Profile Name.

3. You will be directed to Edit Account page.  Check the Login Information to view your username. 

You can reset your password in this section. Enter your new password, retype it for confirmation, and click Submit to save the changes.

You can always log in to the portal using your username or registered email address.
