How can I retrieve or update my employer login details?
If you forgot your username or would like to update your login details, you may follow these steps:
1. Login to the career portal with your registered email and password.
2. You will land on your dashboard upon successful login. Hover over the profile icon to expand the menu, then select your Profile Name.
3. You will be redirected to the Edit Account page. Under the Login Information section, you may:
- View your username (Username IDs are fixed and cannot be changed)
- Update your password by entering and confirming a new password
- Update your registered email address
- Save the changes by clicking Submit
You can always log in to the portal using your username or registered email address.
